Quick Question....

I have my car all sanded down now. I have been using Duplicolor sandable primer. Now it will be outside so I need to put something on top of the primer to prevent rust. Now they have Duplicolor Primer Sealer. It says it seals the primer so that paint does not soak into it. Would this work to stop water and keep rust from forming? If not I was just going to rattle can rustolem satin black on it for now. What should i do. I have no compressor to spray it so i have to rattle can it? Thanks guys

good question, i've done the same thing. But rattle can stuff is no where near as good as something you put through a gun. But i assume if it's a sealer it's an over thinned primer basically like the real stuff. It *should* work

So it should stop the rust?
