cant find this rattle!!

cant find this rattle!!

somewhere in the back hatch ive got a rattle..when i open it to look and see if anythings loose and nothing is. u guys know of anything that commonly gets loose?

Well,

The hatches themselves squeak as they shift over uneven road.

The back hatch cover squaeks also. I dissassemble mine and lube with wd-40 and that works great, also pulls up better afterwards too.

Tighten all trim screws, the large plasticones and the small metal ones from before the hatch to the back.

Check your spare tire. Lots of stuff to rattle there.

Hatch pull down working? Busted one are loose and knock sometimes.

Under the car, all exhaust hangers good? Sway bar links not busted?

I noticed rattling in my back hatch, and it was the spare tire. I tightened the wing nut that holds it on there, and no more rattling. Might check there

it is a gm product it is going to squeak, rattle, shake. lol. That is all just part of the effect.

yeah..i know, its always squeeked..never bothered me, its a charactoristic of the cars! this one is just got louder real quick...probably the spare tire..
