Door Panel help

I got my door panels off so I could reupholster them, but they have pockets on both doors with screws on the back and flat washers with indented hex screws. I don't want to mess up the panel but I am gettin fustrated. How do you get them off if you don't got the tool for it? ANyone who can help lemme know huh. I wanna get this done.

I used a needle nose pliers to remove them.

Yeah we finally got them off right after I posted. I must say the door panels look fantastic, if I do say so myself. As soon as I can get the pics unloaded I will post one
