GT Wheel?

ok, so my airbag system in my 91 rs has been deployed and so its all gone. im not even gonna bother spending a couple thousand to get it all redone, but my problem i have is that my steering wheel is kinda deformed from when it was deployed, and i cant honk my horn due to the buttons being blocked by paddin and ****. so my question is, is it possible to buy one of those gt steering wheels and kragen or somethin and put it in my car? will that work? or what?

thanks

I've seen a Grant GT wheel on a 91Z. Grant will say it wont fit but it will fit with slight contact. Its against the law to remove a steeringwheel with an airbag so it cannot be advertised. I think if you use shims and whatnot to space it out enough to clear the edge of the steering column you should have no issues, others have modified the steering column itself by shaving the edge down.
