I'd like to eventually set the engine back further, The first thing in the way is the windshield wiper motor. I was thinking a single center mounted wiper above the rearview mirror. What vehicle could be adapted? Another option I consider is moving the stock wiper motor over further to the drivers side and extending/ fabricating a longer linkage. Any suggestions?
Thx,
Ben

I don't think I even want to know why you're doing that, but the wiper motor is quite far off to the side as it is. My intake wouldn't hit it if it went straight back.

OMG, Ri*er in the making
I'm guessing this is an Auto-X car so you want to move the engine back for better balance?? IMO, either figure out a way to move the wiper motor to the side, and then have extended linkage inside the cowl - but with TWO wiper arms/blades - or just get really good at driving your car the way it is.
That, or found some1 that's really good at math & physics that can design a center-mount single wiper system for you, that lays FLAT - not half way up the window like the ****-Bombs have.

Weight distribution? Just get a different car- makes more sense. Also, what about a rear mounted tranny? Would be much easier, although maybe not quite as effective.
