wiper motor clearance issues

wiper motor clearance issues
Has anyone ever relocated or found a slimmer wiper motor or a solution when the factory wiper motor just won't fit. After putting stud girdle's on and adding a spacer I do not have the room for the original wiper motor and I must have one for safety inspection. I am at a loss hoping for some advice. Thanks in advance.
