Ok here is my problem I close the doors and every time is sounds like It's closeing in a Tin can! What can I do to resolve this. It sounds like the doors are closeing with out any Door panels on them, is there something I put behind the door panels to quite it down some?

 

you probably just have a bunch of crap laying around at the bottom of the inside of the door
just take off the door panel and try to vaccuum up all that crap

also check to make sure everything is "snapped" into place when you have the door panel open- ex. the door lock has a tiny bar that moves to the lock and unlock position-this bar sometimes comes loose and makes noise

I think he means that it resonates when he shuts it (like a hollow metal clanging kinda sound). My old doors did that. You can take the door panels off and put dynamat on the inside of the doors and it will shut with a nice solid thud.

 

thx guys will check in the Dynamat thingy and check inside the doors to see if anything is loose
