quick question about primer

I'm about to primer my fiberglass hood. I spoke to someone who did body work for many years and told me i needed a 'flexible primer' or else wrinkles will form....
Is this true? can i still use normal primer? or would the actual paint have to flexible?

currently im redoing my hood, but my front and back bumpers have wrinkles in them. I was told they didnt use flexible primer.. is this true? Where can i come find flex primer too?

You do not need flexible primer or flexible-ized paint on rigid parts.
A high build primer will be fine on a fiberglass part.
I am one hundred and fifty percent behind using it on your bumpers, though.
