So its time for me to redo my interior thanks to me working and christmas money.
now im positive im doing all black interior, leather 4th gen back seats.
but now front seats,
should i do 4th gen seats out of a camaro or the seats at this link.

http://www.arizenracingsports.com/pa...ts/ArizenBlk-D

im really not sure which to do but i really am starting to lean towards the racing seats.

Those Arizens are real nice, but expensive. If you can afford it, go for it, (as long as they bolt in with little trouble).

Sorry if I'm not helping but I'd get these

If you don't like those I'd say get the 4th gen seats. Cheap and easy to install.

New seats are always better, go with the Arizen, great price for leather.

JC WHITNEY now sells a similar leather seat for $299.00
See here:
http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...eather%20seats

ONLY 299.00 I had incorrectly stated they were 399.00.

I personally think the 4th gen Camaro seats are pretty nice looking. Plus, they will bolt right in, whereas with the custom racing seats you are probably going to have to fiddle around when trying to mount them, right? In addition, Camaro seats will be cheaper. I vote Camaro seats!

Either way, post pics of the install so we can all see the finished product!

if you get the fourthgen seats you would have $1000 to put into other things.

those race seats are severly overpriced.

you could have fourthgen seats custom covered for that much,in any fabric and style you want.

get the fourthgens.

When the front seats don't match the back seats it just looks bad, tacky, half azz, incomplete, quick fix aka yucky. I have never seen an exception. Get 4th gen or recover what you have but do yourself a favor and make it match. Kinda like tires sticking 6 inches past the wheel wells or the jacked up ruptured duck look, ya know. Imagine a station wagon with red and black racing seats, it is still a station wagon.

where does one go about getting "cheap leather 4th gen seats" i see em on ebay for 699+shipping just for fronts. and junkyards around here don't seem to have 4th gens. of course i am talking about "pic-a-part" places. not the "we-pull-it-for-you" places.

I chose 4th gen seats from the local pick and pull. Look good, comfortable and priced right.

i like this http://www.racing-seats-usa.com/20901.html corbeau seat way more then any of the choices so far. Tad bit more expensive but they have the A4 for a little less, same basic seat.

I was just going through this myself. I personally liked the look of a racing seat but knew that I would have to recover my back seats to match and I saw quite a few posts where people said the seats sat too high. I absolutely did not want that.

I found a set of 4th Gen TA leather on Ebay and scored them for $400. They're out there to be had just keep looking.

I also just picked up a complete set of 4th gen. leather seats in mint condition for $400.00 CAD/$345.00 U.S. The car is at the interior shop undergoing a complete custom change...I will post up pics (before & after) when I get the car back.
