seat belt question

seat belt question

I bought a new seat belt shoulder guide to replace the broken one on my passenger seat i removed the seat belt assembly that sit on the floor (dont kno the name of the piece its the part that the seat belt goes in that sit on the floor that is held down by one bolt that was torque down alot) how do you remove the seat belt to i can slide it into my new shoulder guide?? also what should that bolt be torqued down to??

ummm from what i understand you are replacing the seatbelt guide that goes on your headrest?

the stock guides are practically "built" around the seatbelts and since you said its broke anyways go ahead and just break it off around the seabelt

any new guide should actually be precut to allow the seabelt to slide through
