worth doing?

if you strip out you interior will it even make a diffrence in performance? how much does all your interior weigh anyway? does it even make a diffrence in Horse Power?

Does anyone know how much the stock metal thirdgen hoods weigh?

A LOT!!!! the hood i mean... check out the thread late night quest for 2800 lbs, tons of weight info on inter and such...

Removing weight from a car doesn't add horsepower, it increases your power to weight ratio, so your car can accelerate to a certian speed without having to work as hard, resulting in a quicker acceleration.
