Ideas to cover up the shoulder seat belt plastic?

Hello guys and gals,
I am getting ready to do an interior swap from Carmine Red to all Black. I got a heck of a deal on all the plastics and carpet but they were from a car with rear shoulder belts and I have lap belts. I have since gotten the rear arm rests for the lap belts but the trunk pieces are still for the shoulder belts. Do you have any suggestions on either covering up the large holes or have you done anything to make it look interesting?
Thanks

Speakers!!!! Actually i had a set of those from an 89 years ago.I justs took some particle board, cut to size, then glued some black carpet material(got it from pepboys) slightly oversize(about 1/8) all the way around the board.Glued the board in place. Then tucked the extra 1/8 carpet into the edges, brushed around the area. You could barely, if at all notice the seam afterwards.

Great idea,
I am running wires for a rear hatch release when I strip my car and that will work. Do you have pics?

if you're looking for a flush cover, you could cut a piece of sheetmetal (or even poster board) to size, bend to the appropriate arc and cover it in black vinyl. I have the same situation, but I've decided to change to rear shoulder belts instead. I have the brackets, still need to weld them in.
