Need help please

Im working on taking out a completely restored interior on a 86 camaro sports coupe and swapping it into my friends 87 iroc right now. Weve taken mostly everything out but the center console. How do i remove the e-brake grip and the shift ****, or is there an easier way to take the shifter plate off. Thanks any help is appreciated.

Transmission: 700R4, T-56 future

The e-brake grip has a screw on it if I remember correctly and the auto shift **** has metal clip you need to pop out.

The shifter and hande are still attached the same way.
