how hard would it be to repair rust on the firewall?
my car somehow developed a rust hole in the firewall to the right of the master cylinder? its in the open area right next to the master cylinder. how hard would that be to fix?
Hole just out in the open? Likely not that hard, get a dremel with a grinding wheel and clean it up and patch and paint it
Be a lil more careful with your brake fluid next time, that stuff is crazy corrosive on paint and metal

Hey guys, I've got a similar problem in that the hole is located to the right of the master cylinder below the fuel pump relay box, adjacent to the firewall wireharness opening but the hole is larger. I have used Eastwood's Corroless now Rust encapsuator on the damage but need some advice as to cover up the hole. Here are some pics. The photo on the left is rust below fuel pump relay. Second shot is rust spot below wiper motor. Third is a shot adjacent to the firewall wireharnes connector. What are your suggestions?
