tips for removing a 91 air bag steering wheel

tips for removing a 91 air bag steering wheel
how do i remove the air bag steering wheel i want to swap it to a 87 firebird 3 spoke steering wheel how will i install the 87 to make it work on the 91 with the horn working right? Any advice or tips for this will be helpful.

Sounds like exactly what I did. I removed the ugly bloated air bag steering wheel from my Formula and replaced it with a 3 spoke wheel I got off of an 87 Firebird parts car I had at the time.
All I did for the horn was splice the 2 wires together from the stock 2 horn buttons to the connector for the 87 single horn button. The steering wheel just bolted on in place of the air bag wheel.

i seen you have a emblem under that map pocket on your formula is that the performance suspension emblem if so what does that mean the formula has that is better then my firebirds because my formula parts car has that emblem and im trying to see what parts of the formulas suspension i should use on my firebirds to improve handling.
