How do I fix my bumper?

I am painting my car and I am preping my back bumper right now. I took some 180 sandpaper and went over it because I have some damaged spots. My question is, there is a place on the bumper on the bottom like where it rubbed like the ground or something. How should I go about fixing this. I can't just sand it out. Is there like a filler for rubber bumpers or something?

Thanks, Nick

Yes. It's a 2 part epoxy, usually called "bumper repair epoxy" or something similar. SEM makes one, and so do plenty of other companies.

I have decided not to worry about it since it is on the bottom. But does any think it is neccessary to bondo the GFX on the rocker and on the quater panel to kinda make it a little smoother. Evercoat sells a body filler for fiberglass is why I am asking.
