refinishing 89 Rs alloy wheels - help
Hi everyone,
i am new to the forums, just picked up an 89 RS. It has the factory 15" silver spoked alloy wheels. I like the wheels, however they have the typical pitting from wheel weights and general lack of care over the years. I would like to paint them a similar silver color. Does anybody have a how to tutorial or advice on how to do this? I would need to fill the rough spots from the weights, and probobly roughen up the machined surfaces before painting, not sure the best way. any help is appreciated.
