Knocking Out Dents

Anyone have any tips that could help me out i have some deep dents on my car they're both bigger than a fist and i was wondering if there a way i can get them out without heavily damaging paint and body? the damaged areas are the front fender which is the 1 im least worried about and the other is in my rear quarter panel where would be the best spot to knock that out from...

I don't know how banging them out would look. You have any pictures of them? How deep are they? I don't know how good you are at body work but your best best if they aren't too bad would be to put pins in it and pull it and then grind em off and paint it. Obviously theres a little more to it than that but thats the simple version.
