Trouble getting bumper off

I've been trying to take my bumper off and I have found that on these screws below, there are no tops to use a wrench or socket to get them off, they are bare. The only real solution I see is using a hammer unless someone else can think of something. Sorry I couldnt get a very good pic of the top where there isnt anything to screw off.

I believe U are looking at a strip of bolts.. there a think lock wash in the top of the rubber where the bolt pokes thru.. my look like a rust ring now.. tere easy to remove with a pair of side cutters..

if your trying to remove the bumper reinforcement peice, you just have to stretch the bumper off those studs the best you can, while trying not to break the tabs..

make sure you removed all the screws along the top edge first
