Hello to all..need help

This is my first post and must I say I have been on several boards over the years but this ones top notch. I allowed my teen daughter(15) to pick out her first car and wound up with an 84 s/e bird. (i'll post before and after picks later with deatils) She was against the norm which was cool at school you know the ricers, bmws and such. The car is sweet and has got me reliving my old days. It has the 305 with Edlebrock cam, performer intake, 600 performer, heddman shortys and a performer rpm exhaust along with a Mallory type ignition. I have completed the body work and shot the primer this week boy how paint and stuff has changed. Paints coming some before school starts she wanted orange but it looks like were going white with a black bottom and maybe some ornge stripes. I got all new air and hope to finish it before the end of the month. I redid the interior and went with all new black carpet. The old was maroon and nasty. Got the seats redone all looks great except the belts. The were bad. tried to clean them and dye them black also but they are worse than before. I can't find any good belts in my area in the yards mustless black ones. If you got a set of fronts that are black or even a clean set any color to get her going im in the market.

House of Camaro has quite a number of parts. I'm not sure where you are from but he's in Canoga Park in Southern California. If you live near there it's worth calling him up for the parts you need and picking them up.

Thanks guys. I scored a complete front set today at the local picknpull. There real clean and look like the will do the job. Also added her a new Grant steering wheel. the old one was coming apart on top. I'll post pics soon.
