Help with cowl hood dimensions
I just installed my new engine (383/supercharged/stealth ram) and my hood will no loner fit. I need to get a cowl hood, but want to go with the lowest lift possible.
My question is, can anyone that has a cowl hood help me with some measurments? What I need is 2.75" of extra height 26" from the begining of the nose. I have included pictures of where I took my measurements from to help show what I mean. I know that I will need at least a 3" cowl but think due to the aggressive rise needed I may need a 4". Thanks for the help.

Sorry about the spelling error. "Measurements" is what I meant, but I can not get into edit the original post.

I wish I could help more, but I have a 3" Cervini. I bet it would fit and only touch a tinny bit if it didn't. My car is getting painted now. If you haven't figred it out in about 3 weeks I will have the car back and I can help you out.
PS: motor looks great.
