Got backed into... How does this piece come off?

Someone backed into or ran into my car in a parking lot... thank god i was waiting to get it painted... here are some pics, how do i take the body molding piece off? can i find a used one and put it on or do i have to go with a brand new one from gm?
and the dent is not a crease so it seems as if its going to "pop" out with a little bit of pressure doing it the correct way.. any suggestions would be great. Its accessable threw the speaker hole and the little vent in the door jamb.
Thanks
Tom

It's either glued on or attached with double stick tape. I would warm it up and use a putty knife to remove it.

It's hard to tell about the dent, try popping it out from the back, it just may pop out. It looks like you can reuse the molding but if you can't, grab one from the JY.

you can probably access that from behind the speaker. take off the interior molding where the speaker is and where the seatbelt comes out of. that should give you access to that area.

well, you'll have to find it used because I hear that GM does not make it anymore....like a LOT of the parts for these cars....

go to an autobody shop or store for the proper tape or sticky substance to re-stick the door molding
