hoods NEED HELP
I am taking out the lights in my trans am firbird i have a question can the hood from a camaro fit it i need to know because i can geat a 4" cowl for cheap but it is for a camaro thanks

you won't be able to use just the hood, camaro hoods are totally different shape/slope so you'll have to use the entire front clip: fenders, nose, hood, headlight buckets ETC.
it's not a easy project but has been done, do a
for transmaro and you'll find some information and pics, that will help you decide if swapping out your entire front end is worth it to you.

There were kits made to convert the Firebird from pop up to fixed headlights.But I'm not sure who made them or if they are still available(possibly you could modify a Corvette kit).That's if you just want to do away with the hidden headlights.As 88KARRV6 pointed out it's not just a simple matter of changing the hood you'll have to swap out the entire front clip to a Camaro clip(including all the support hardware behind the nose).
