Rust
So today i went out to swap in a new rear end and i noticed that on the insider lip of the rear 1/4 panel there is a huge rust bubble. I was wondering what would be the best way to fix it.

if its just bubble rust sand it down good and spray some rust fix stuff down or use ruberizer.

grind the rust out and off, and use fiberglass repair, lots of sanding work and primer and paint
sealing it from the air is the goal here, to prevent the same thing from happening again
i wish mine just had a rust bubble only,
