installed the TDS upper hinge kit today..
I had a body shop do it for me, since I dont have air compressor nor grinder nor a friend with that sort of tools.
anyways, they charged me 190$ for the job.
I replaced the upper hinge pin,
the buttom hinge pin and bushing, and rebuild the buttom roller pin,
all thanks to lonsal its really nice, "BUT" here's my problem.
the door is still NOT that smooth, wtf??
my passnger door is perfectly smooth.
here's the thing, body shop thinks that my door latch is worn.
but both my door latch is fairly new, both are about 1year old.
its true that although it's new my door was sagging really bad the whole time,
so could it be that my sagging door worn my latch really fast?
the level of where the striker meets the latch is perfect,
so I assume they did align the door, but maybe the latch is worn or something..
i still have to kinda bang the door, but I know the door sag is fixed when I open it door wont move by itself.
could latch wear out due to sagging door, this fast??
thx in advance.. lonsal helpme!

they're coated with rubber, see if your rubber wore a groove thru it,then compare to latch on pass door,i'm sure the driver door had more use

my driver latch rubber seems fine, but when I open the door, the tip of rubber that sticks out is facing up a little bit.(like I can push it down)and the whole latch part kinda moves hard, not smooth, so that might be it then..my psnger side latch is faced down completely so there I found the difference.I just wanna make sure before I buy another frickin latch.. I know that's the cause of this problem.
