Doors/Firewall

I'm planning to swap my rusted out doors for ones coming from a 3rd gen camaro are they all the same ? I also want to cut the firewall of the camaro and weld it in place of mine that is also rusted as h*ll . Is it a complicated job or should I go for some fiber glass ??

-Thanks

Re: Doors/Firewall

All 82-92 doors will fit both birds and camaros

Beware that the camaro and firebird doors are slightly different

they have the same body line and are completely identical unless they have ground effects on them. There were changes to the doors over the years, but not on the exterior. The inside structure of the door changed. as for the firewall, it's one of those things where if you're asking if it's difficult then it will be very difficult for you. The firewall is an integral part of the body structure, and you're really tearing into the car to replace it.
