Some door panels that I've been working on...

So I began work a few weeks back on some door panels. Here's a few pics...


Cut of some ACS 1000 series carpet for them...

looking good, is that new cardboard? looks a little sturdier than i remember. keep it up!

Thanks. Yeah, it's from some new 1/8in. board that I bought at Home Depot. I would say it's at least 5x stronger and more durable than the stock cardboard. I cut out all the necessary holes as well as the holes for all the retainer clips. Here's some more progress pics... It's a mock up- nothing is permanent yet. I cut out some 1/8in. foam for the board. I also sketched up some flame templates and then made board templates of them. I then added some cupholders I have for effect. I'm still not sure if I'll go with the cupholders though... Here you go...

Looking good. Be a nice time to maybe try to incorporate some custom door storage pockets or possibly speakers.

I think I saw someone on here do that with some fiberglass. Looked good to me.
