Door Skins
Hey guys, i´m having a bit of a problem here. I am in the process of restoring my 83 trans am and here in iceland rust is a very common problem with older cars. Living in iceland also means that if i order those heavy thirdgen doors shipping will be a b*****.
So i was trying to find a place that sells door skins for the 3rd gen but didn´t find any
i tried calling classic industries and ames but neither had the full skin the only thing i found was the lower part and with the damage on my door i´m not completely sure it will cover it.
So my question would be do they actually make a full door skin for the 3rd gen and if so where can i get it. Otherwise i´m going to try to try welding and if it turns out like crap i´m ordering a new door

HEY HOGNI,AS FAR AS I KNOW NOONE MAKES THAT PIECE YET.IF YOU WANT IT DONE SOON,I WOULD SAY GET TO WELDING.
