Antenna question

Antenna question

Well my antenna has been in the up position since i got it, i dunno if its power or not but its starting to leave a rust color around the paint, so i need to replace it, whats the easiest way to remove it?

To access the antenna and its hardware, remove the tire and the inner fender plastic. You'll also need to remove the antenna bezel on top of the fender.

damn sounds like a PITA, well i dont think my bezel is there the antenna is kinda just chilln against the body hence the rust color!! Damn antenna

any clue how i can tell if a fuse has blown or why its stuck up? Like where does it connect to its power source

You should be able to tell if the antenna is 'fixed' or not by simply looking at the portion of the antenna mounted on the fender. The power antenna has to retract after all.
