looking for hood

I'm looking for a special hood , right now I have the hood with the functional louvers. I would like to get a hood with a raised Cowl with the functional louvers in it. I'm ok with cutting the holes and putting my louvers in a hood that's raised but I need the "dips" to be inthe stock location on the hood, understand? anyone come across a hood like this?

Is this something like what your looking for? The louvers can be made functional.

Re: looking for hood

sorta except not with those vents on the side of the cowl

the main key is for the Louvers to be the same shape and spacing as the stock ones

Re: looking for hood

You just posted the exact same hood, as pictured above, to which he said no.

I think the closest your going to get, is to get a Goodmark steel, cowl induction hood (unless yours is one of the 'glass ones, then just get any cowl induction 'glass hood) and cut & paste your stocker into it.

Re: looking for hood

Im just looking for a simple 2" or 4" cowl with the RS 'dips' on top but they have to be the same depth and shape so the functional louvers will install properly. I don't mind cutting a hole or two in a hood I just want them to line up

I just want more room under the hood. Right now I can't do anything to the intake

Try to act smart idiot. I couldn't see the vents in the side... in which i still don't see them. Don't shove stuff in my face that i didn't know about.
