91 Bird nose mods

I've been kicking around a few front end mods for a while. I haven't seen any like I'm considering. I've thought about doing the "lazy eye", but I thought why not make the headlights pop up in a completely different way. I can fab a new headlight assembly from sheetmetal at the shop I work at. I'm gonna hinge the lights on the insides of the housings (toward the center of the car) and make the outsides pop up so it sits at an angle. Any Ideas on what kind of actuator to use (or where to get it) to make this possible?

I also plan on smoothing out the bumper and fabbing in a pair of 4th gen fog lights.

Here's a crappy photoshop pic to give you an idea of what I'm picturing in my head.

That looks like crap to me ... but if you like it, go for it!
