Window sweep removal and install?

I am wondering how hard of a job it is and how do you remove those outer window sweeps on the doors? I can get access to several small bolts but I think there are one or two behind the triangle shape seal towards the front of the door.

If there indeed bolts behind that seal how would I remove that seal?

ya there are a few behind there, have to loosen a bunch of stuff, not too bad, but DONT buy from classic industries, product was terrible a waste or $100, go with GM and cheaper..

What do you have to loosen besides the small bolts that hold the sweeps on the door?? If you have to take that triangle seal loose how do you do that??

You’ll have to take the door panel off and you will see the attaching hardware. I am not sure but you might have to slip the window off the regulator in order to get it down far enough to unbolt those little 7mm bolts. When I did mine the window was out so it was easy. I used aftermarket sweeps from A1 and some of the holes did not line up so I had to make some adjustments. If the window was still in place it would have been a pain.

The window is still in the car. That doesn't sound fun.
