Rusted Strut Tower

does anyone have an idea on how to fix a rusted strut tower?

Surface rust? Sand/grind/wirewheel and coat it with some good rust inhibitor.

Really bad rust? Might need to cut out alittle and add some new metal. Then sand/grind/wirewheel etc etc...

Holes the size of golf *****? You have problems.... At that point, you will either have to get the entire area replaced, or look for a rust free donor car and swap your good stuff over.
