door hinge question
Okay so just like every third gen my driver sags, bad, to the point where the lower hinge piece that it roles on it shot, the door striker is chewed up really bad, and the catching locking mechanism is also shot. I have a pin kit waiting to go in but i have a feeling it wont fix the sagging because the round piece on the lower hinge that the door rides on is the real problem. I was looking on hawks and i found the lower door hinge buts its $105 and i also found the round piece for $7. Which do i accually need. And if its ust the $7 piece how do i remove that from the original lower hinge. Im also including a pic of the two pieces from hawks. Any help would be great guys. thanks

Re: door hinge question
The roller detent will not make your door sag,so sounds like you really need both anyways.
Depending on how bad your door sags it may be better just to buy the hinge.
If the holes in the hinge for the pins&bushings are wallowed out badly your gonna have to replace the hinge anyways, and the roller part I believe requires removal of the hinge and drilling and pressing in the new roller.
So I would just replace the hinge and be done with it.

Re: door hinge question
figures that it would be the more exspensive one. but what ever it happens. thanks for your reply. with that said does anyone know where i can get a door hinge cheaper then $105, because that seems like way to much money for such a simple piece
