the door, rocker, 1/4, and fender will but you will have to drill the holes. the bumper cover ones I dont know about.

Who had that blue 89 Formula with silver GTA ground effects, he said they were factory installed?

I think you're talking about me--my ears are burning 
. It's an 88 maui blue Formy 350 with factory installed GFX, I don't have my RPO codes in front of me, but the window sticker says it came that way from the factory, though it could have been dealer-installed. Check out my vGarage for pics.
