door fitment

I just installed a pw/pl door from an 87 on my 85. It sits even to the rocker panel from front to rear and has about 3/8" gap at the front and gap 1/4" at the rear with a little more gap at the top than the bottom, That is good and the door shuts smooth and quiet(still getting a hinge rebuild soon but the old one was hitting the rocker as well as having to be lifted to shut it). The problem is how I have much larger gaps between the door/glass and weather striping in places, and my interior light shutoff wont work. I temporarily fixed the light switch with a few layers of tape on the door side to save my battery.

The places that are not fitting are the back of the window at the base and the front triangle piece, the back has not touched for as long as I have had the car but not this bad, the front triangle has not had any problems till now tho.

oh an the door don't seem to suck in as far. I have the striker in as far as it will go. where can i get the plastic sticker bolt cover?
