Car: 1985 Camaro Z-28
Engine: 305 (lg4)
Transmission: 700r4 with transgo shift kit
t-tops
i am going to change my roof on my camaro to ttops and i was wondering if anyone has done this? whats the diffrence in the ttops from 82-86 and 87- 92 becose i guess there is some kind of diffrence. i need all specs is the whindshield diff. ttops diff . roof diff. please i neeed all the info possible.

Do a search, there are tons of posts discussing this, pros and cons and the whole nine yards.
Some will say it's easy to do, others will say it's hard to do, but for the most case sicne you live in the US and the cars are still plentyfull over here you might want to consider just getting a ttop car.

I agree. I would say that it would be alot of work just to make it into somthing that you could just buy. Honestly i dont know what it would cost but i would say about 1500-2000 easy. For that price you could just go out and buy a t-top third gen and be done with it. ALSO have two f bodies instead of one! But This is just my
