Trying to get rocker panel off w/o damage

I did a stupid thing recently, I let the hydraulic jack slip off its lift point and crush the rocker panel from below.

I have a 1987 IROCZ. How do I remove this rocker panel w/o damaging it any further? I have remove the hex head screws that go in from bottom side and I have remove the four phillips screws that you see when you open the door. There still remains some sort of a connector in the rear of the rocker panel and another one up front near the front wheel well. I have the '87 shop manual, but do not see any help on this matter.

How do I get the rocker panel off of these pins or connectors?

Two screws under the Z28 emblem at the front. You'll have to remove the rear interior panel at the back (the one that has an arm rest). The two nuts are behind a square rubber panel that you'll have to peel back.
