So i went to kragen and was trying to find the original red color for my 83 z28.. I found a color called "Bright Red" and was wondering for those who have a similar year camaro with red if that is the original red that came with the car? this stuf is like 5 bucks a can and dont want to buy something that isnt even going to match

 

Actually.. This is the part that confused me.

If you go here:Click youll see that the 1983 paint code for red is 75.. But when you go to Click It brings up paint code 75 under metallic red.. but it says 1985-1995.. Doesnt make sense to me.. But could it be Metallic red or bright red?
