How would you reattach side rocker panels?

Put my car up and it fell off the ramps and knocked the side skit off.
How would you try to reattach the side skit?

mounting brackets. tell me what kind of car and Ill tell you how it attaches.

edit: judging by your name you have a 91 camaro, two bolts on inner fender, one inside rear 1/4. do a search, Ive done many writeups on this...
