How do i take the ground effects off my 88 trans am

Transmission: rebuilt orginal
How do i take the ground effects off my 88 trans am

My cars going in for a brand new paint job and im taking the ground effects off myself. For the door ground effects how do i take them off do i have to go into the interior and wheel well. I need as much help as possible i do not know how they come off.

To get the door ground effects off, there is two bolts in the door jamb themselves, and 3 bolts holding the middle of the part to the door behind the door panel. There are three odd shaped holes in the bottom of the door to allow you to fit a socket wrench in there. If you are speaking about the lower side skirts below the doors, then there is 5 phillips head screws in the door jambs, 2 11mm nuts inside the front fender, 1 11mm nut inside the rear quarter panel accessed by taking the lower rear armrest interior panel out, and then approximately 6 or 7 7MM screws underneath. This is if none of the hardware has been replaced before. Anything else i can help you with feel free to ask.
