GTS blackout mounts...where to buy

I've been looking at autoparts places and even walmart for these and cannot find them. They look like velcro but both sides are the same and interlock together to form a tight bond but you can still get them off unlike double-sided tape. Anyone know where i could pick up some of these locally? I thought it was called hook and loop but its not since i found some of that and its different.

If you have a toll road near you,(ezpass) pull up to a toll and ask them for the mounting strips for the ez pass, they work amazing. Other than that i know my work has velcro tape strips made by 3m id try office max or staples for those.

Well after having ran around i found out what the name of them is and that the only way that i seem to be able to find them locally is in bulk for around 90 bucks (give me an F'in break!). Went on ebay...found what i need for 5 bucks. Ebay it is. They are called dual lock fasteners and are made by 3m.
