Making stationary in lights in frame instead of popup

I have a 83 Trans Am, with the lights that pop up in the front. I was wondering anyone know of anyone or seen pictures of like recessed lights that dont popup. where they blend in with the body behind like smoked plastic so they dont ever have to pop up and when u need them just turn them on.
