how do i remove my rear bumper and rocker panels?

I will be removing an old bumper, and installing the new one in my 87 Camaro tomorrow. Here is a link to the step by step on how to remove the bumper. As far as the rocker panels, I am unsure. Try searching that website though! Good luck!

The rocker panels are difficult. You have to drill through the spot welds and get a chisel to separate them. Its a lot of work but can be done.
