I have an 89 firebird and I was wondering what the bumper cover is made of.

Your lucky, the 89 bumpers were 24K gold covered in a plastic molding. It was a one year production thing

Yeah, tell me about it! I had a hard time finding one that had the screw holes for the air dam. Are they Thermoset Polyurethane (PUR)?
