Should I??????
Should I??????
So my cousin is enrolled in an autobody class at the local college and knowing that I am looking to paint my car he has been nonstop bugging me for the last couple days. I am just a little sketchy because even though he is being supervised he is still a student and I want it done right. On the flip side though all I have to pay for is the materials and that would save me a ton of cash. I just have never seen work done by students and have no experience with this type of deal. I mean if they screw it up are they going to fix it. I'm sure they will but you know what I mean. Does anyone else have experience with schools doing things like that and the amount of direction and supervision they are given by the teacher.

If you trust your cousin go for it. Some kids mess around and will mess with your car. Just make sure your cousin only let the kids that are patient and want to learn prep and paint your car.

most of the time a situation like yours is a win , win . teachers make sure work/repairs are done right . down side would be time factor . talk to the teacher , get an idea of time frame and add 2 weeks . i would say go for it .

well if the price is right go for it. Im sure the teacher won't let anything happen to your car and neither will your cousin. In fact he might even let you supervise the work if you asked him and you have the time.
