How do i fix these?

I am going to be painting the car next spring, and i want to know what to do to get rid of these spider webs? I dont want to shoot the paint and have them show through.
How do i strip the paint (obviously cant sand it)?
Is there a special bondo for plastic?
Is there special primer?
Is there a special adhesion inhibitor to make it stick to the plastic better?

You can sand it...just wouldn't go nuts. Use a 220 less grit sandpaper is all. And you can just use a glazing putty/icing they sell at paint supply shops to go over the cracks and sand smooth...then shoot with primer and paint.

look into buying the ABS rubber bumper repair kit or something to that effect. Its sort of like bondo, but with an added flex agent. It allows the bumper to flex without blowing the bondo out. Also look into getting paint and clear with the same flex agent.

I'm not a big fan of that flex agent. In the long run, it just costs more for another thing to put in the paint and over time it stops flexing as well like regular paint anyway. Basically, no paint likes to flex, so you just have to be careful and try not to sit on the bumper or lean on the aero wing as the paint will eventually crack anyway...in my experience anyway. unless there is another flex agent I don't know about or a new one on the market that actually works. just my two cents.

Sand it down to the black and then prime and paint. There is no flex agent needed if you don't take it off the car. Mine was worse than that and now two years later there are still no cracks. Mine is a daily driver too.

Re: How do i fix these?

I would start with 180 on a da and see if you can sand them out. Then prime the bumper. You may need to block it out with 180 and reprime. Then you can sand with 320 and follow up with 400,then 600 wet.
You will need plastic adhesion promoter for all the raw plastic areas.
No special primer but there is a flex agent that you can get to mix in with the primer.
I dont think you would need it but if it makes you feel better then go for it.
3m makes a great plastic repair kit.I wouldnt use bondo on your bumper and using polyester on it is ok but not ideal.
Hope this helps!
