Re: need help identifying this cowl hood

That would be your run of the mill 4 inch cowl induction hood. Alot of different manyfactuers make it. i'm sure hardwood does, you could also check Glastek ithink they make a hood like that. For price if it is a full fiberglass hood and its bolt on from hardwood its proly 500+ new. I wouldn't pay that much for it used, used i would look to spend 150 or so. But i'm cheap. I bought my factory fiberglass hood for 100 and almost bought a 5 inch l88 hood for 75. But if your looking to by new i would move on beause between the actual price of the hood and the cost of shipping it is to much. But like i said i'm cheap.

Re: need help identifying this cowl hood

thanks for your input i bought it from a guy that bought a house and it was in the garage still in the box, it clearly has not been installed and i thought it was a 4" but it measures 5" at the highest point i think it something teck that what writen on it

i have a hardwood on my car now and it is different the are rivets near the hinge era on the hardwook and it also has raw fiberglass in the center. this hood is fully finished.
