fender ground f/x crack, and bumper body work
i got a T/A 85. When purchasing the car in April 05', I always knew about a crack in the ground f/x and a front end that looks wrecked. Heres the pictures i took today. Any body have advice on repairing the front end bumper damage, and where to get a ground f/x.. I can match the paint Arctic white from the dupli-color paint--->perfect match. but might look tacky. thanks

Re: fender ground f/x crack, and bumper body work
Thank you for posting pictures. I have similar problem with my passenger side gfx, fender and front bumper.
You can fix gfx cracks but grinding out material and filling with two part exopy plastic along with structural backing. Passenger side isn't too bad but drivers side you have a few problems. Besides gfx cracked in half, looks like bottom part of fender and front bumper are pushed in. My advice is to buy good used lower gfx piece and paint to match. You may have to also buy good used driver side fender and front bumper. Good used parts don't cost too much, check out cragislist or junkyards. Too much work to straighten out body parts on car like fender. I know that is a lot to replace but only way to make everything look right.

im going to get under and look to see if the metal brackets or something is keeping it dented in. bumper is flexible, fender can be straightened i think its bracket underneath
