Dude, If you see a bolt holding the fender on remove it! Sorry to be a smart ***, but that's all there is to it! Hope things go well.

get the inner fender lining off and you'll see the 4 bolts holding the fender to the front bumper and the two bolts holding the front skirt on, along with towards the back you'll see the two nuts holding the side skirt on. Otherwise, there is like 6 or 7 10mm bolts inside the engine compartment each and should be one 13mm bolt underneath behind the front wheels.

Re: replacing both front fenders help

The first thing you'll have to do is remove the hood and hood hinges. Then remove all the upper fender bolts. (That's the easy part.) Then you'll have to move to the bolts that hold the fender to the bumper. These aren't easy to get to. The easiest way to do it on a Camaro is use a long extension and get to them through the wheel well. The fenders are also bolted to the core support with one bracket in the front that you'll have to remove along with one bracket that attaches to the front bottom part or the fender. Next, you'll have to remove the rocker ground effect from the fender. Remove the rocker emblem and there will be two screws behind it that attach to the fender. Then there will be one or two bolts on the rear bottom. One bolt should go in horizontally but that one is very often smashed into the bottom of the car from people jacking the car up there. If it is, you will first need to pry it back into position to get at it. (Visegrips work good) There may also be one 10mm bolt that goes straight up into the fender that you will habve to remove. After that, you can remove it.

I forgot to mention, you'll also have to remove the plastic inner fenders but you shouldn't have any problems figuring out how to get those off.
